Tranche 2 is coming.

You need a system, not just a policy.

From 1 July 2026, accountants, lawyers, conveyancers and real estate professionals will come under Australia's AML/CTF regime for the first time. AUSTRAC expects you to have a risk-based AML/CTF program, perform client due diligence, monitor client relationships, and keep proper records. Not just have a policy on paper.

AML/CTF compliance software

Most businesses still manage AML/CTF obligations through spreadsheets, email, and ad hoc PDF records. In practice, that approach can be slow, error-prone, and difficult to defend if AUSTRAC or a professional body requests evidence of compliance.

Signum Verify provides a simple, guided workflow that helps businesses meet their obligations in a more structured and practical way, without requiring a complete overhaul of how they operate.

Your AML/CTF workflow in one place

Signum Verify brings together the key pieces of AML/CTF compliance for Tranche 2 businesses into a single, easy-to-use web app.

Client onboarding

Capture client and matter details with guided forms for individuals, companies and trusts.

Identity and entity checks

Run KYC/KYB and sanctions/PEP checks through integrated data providers.

Risk assessment

Record risk scores and rationale aligned to your AML/CTF program.

Evidence packs

Generate a structured PDF evidence pack for each client or matter in a few clicks.

Monitoring and reviews

Track review dates, re-screenings and ongoing monitoring activity.

How Signum Verify works

A streamlined four-step workflow designed specifically for Australian compliance requirements.
STEP 01

Create a case

Start a new case for an individual, company or trust. Capture key details, services and risk factors.
STEP 02

Run checks

Verify identity and beneficial owners, screen for sanctions/PEP/adverse media, and document your risk assessment in one guided workflow.
STEP 03

Generate evidence pack

Produce a comprehensive evidence pack and compliance certificate showing exactly what you did, when and why. Ready for AUSTRAC or internal audit.
STEP 04

Monitor and review

Set review dates, trigger re-screenings and keep an auditable history of ongoing monitoring over the life of the client relationship.
